Our service includes up to four two-hour workshops led by experienced comdivision architects. Following the assessment workshops, comdivision delivers a detailed concept document (up to 15 pages) that outlines findings, recommendations, and a tailored transition plan. This roadmap provides a thorough overview of your readiness for VCF, including cost analysis, transition timeframe, and business implications. It covers both technical and business aspects to align with your organization's specific needs and goals.
Concept Presentation Workshop
In the Concept Presentation Workshop, our experts present the results and insights from the Concept Document. This session offers a detailed understanding of your readiness for VCF adoption, associated costs, transition timelines, and business implications, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
When will the per event agenda be published?
Each event is unique, we have set topics to cover, but will adjust based on the feedback of the first day. The idea is that the group can influence what will be covered out of a catalog of prebuilt scenarios, so the published agenda is just a suggestion.
